The Business and Operations Department oversees the financial, operational, and administrative functions that keep the district running smoothly. This includes managing the district’s budget, payroll, accounts payable, and financial reporting, ensuring that all schools and departments have the resources they need to operate effectively.

The department also manages district-wide operations, including maintenance, transportation, technology, and food services, supporting safe, efficient, and well-equipped learning environments for students and staff.
