  • A federally funded program promoting school readiness through education, health, nutrition, family engagement services and services for children with disabilities for income-eligible families.


    County-Wide – Sites include Proegler, YWCA, Bonfield, Shabonna, Mark Twain, Manteno, and partner locations.

  • A home visiting program that supports infants, toddlers, and expectant families by strengthening parent-child relationships and encouraging healthy growth.


    County-Wide – Services provided in homes and community settings.

  • A state-funded program offering free half-day preschool for three- and four-year-olds to ensure every child has access to high-quality early learning experiences.


    District-Based – Sites include Proegler, Mark Twain, Steuben, and other district classrooms.

  • A program designed for working families, providing extended-day and full-year preschool while preparing children for kindergarten.


    District-Based – Sites include Proegler, Mark Twain, and additional district locations.

  • Year-round services blending safe, nurturing care with developmentally appropriate learning experiences for toddlers through school-age children.


    District-Based – Sites include Proegler and KSD 111 Community Center.

  • This is transition services into public school only.  
    Individualized services and resources for infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities, provided in partnership with families.


    County-Wide – Services provided in homes, childcare centers, and community settings.
