A federally funded program promoting school readiness through education, health, nutrition, family engagement services and services for children with disabilities for income-eligible families.
County-Wide – Sites include Proegler, YWCA, Bonfield, Shabonna, Mark Twain, Manteno, and partner locations.

A home visiting program that supports infants, toddlers, and expectant families by strengthening parent-child relationships and encouraging healthy growth.

A state-funded program offering free half-day preschool for three- and four-year-olds to ensure every child has access to high-quality early learning experiences.
