Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any area, not just in education.

Incentive Pay Scale (Day to Day):
- $200 for Full Day
- Obtain a substitute teacher packet from the I-Kan Regional Office of Education.

Volunteerism
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students and supporting our vibrant school community?
Kankakee School District 111 welcomes dedicated volunteers to join us in creating an engaging and inspiring educational environment. To ensure a smooth and safe process, all prospective volunteers are guided through our People Services Department. All interested applicants are required to complete a comprehensive background check in accordance with Board Policy 6:250. Background checks may take up to 2 weeks to complete; however, volunteers will be notified of their ability to volunteer by a People Services team member.
